Client Information – What if something happens to my garment?
All garments left at our shop are protected by an active insurance policy that includes:
- Customer Bailee Coverage
- Theft within the premises
- Accidental damage (burns, cuts, etc.)
- Fire or other unexpected events
This ensures coverage if something unforeseen happens.
Procedure for Delicate or High-Value Garments
- Inspection and condition recorded
- Photos taken if needed
- Receipt signed by client
- Labeled and stored separately
- Handled by experienced staff only
Refund and Adjustment Policy
Corrections at delivery are free if specifications were not met.
Clients may cancel within 24 hours for a partial refund unless work has started.
No refunds for:
- Change of mind after completion
- Client measurement errors
- Custom garments
Unclaimed garments after 90 days may be donated.
Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo Business, and cash.
Wi-Fi Use
Our guest Wi-Fi is free for customers. Please ask staff for the password. Usage is monitored to ensure fair access.
Bathroom Use
Our bathroom is available for customer use. Please ask for the key at the front desk if it is locked.
Parking Policy
Customer parking is available directly in front of the studio. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
